MEET KOKAT
As a certified wellness coach and fitness instructor, I specialize in empowering people to practice self-love and improve their lives from the inside out.
My journey began in a different world. During my career as a financial professional, I was dedicated to climbing the corporate ladder, even at the cost of severe burnout. I sacrificed relationships, time with loved ones, and most importantly, my well-being. Despite excelling in the office and presenting a cheerful facade, I was exhausted and struggling with my mental health behind closed doors.
Curiosity led me to challenge my preconceived notions about health and wellness. I discovered that real, life-altering change happens when actions align with words, and you start believing you are worthy of your own energy and effort.
Today, I am grateful to use my experience and education to help other women regain their sense of well-being and live life fully. My mission is to help every person become their own self-care expert by engaging in practical, daily wellness practices that best serve her needs.
